Terms of Service

These terms govern access to LGQ / LoGiQu (the "Service"), a business operating system combining Reach, Relay, Run and the LGQ intelligence layer. By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms.

Sign-in is handled through Puvio. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Accounts may not be shared across organisations.

Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected period through our payment processor. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may not use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited messages, to attempt unauthorised access, to reverse engineer the Service, or to upload content you have no right to process.

You retain ownership of the customer, conversation and operational data you bring into the Service. We process it only to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy. AI-generated insights and drafts are suggestions and require your review before acting.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance where practical.

You may cancel at any time from your account. We may suspend access for breach of these terms or non-payment. On termination you may export your data for 30 days.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before taking effect.
