Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

First-time subscriptions are refundable in full if requested within 7 days of the initial charge and the workspace has not been used beyond evaluation. Renewals are refundable within 48 hours of the renewal charge.

Partially used billing periods after the windows above, usage-based charges already incurred, and plans cancelled for breach of the Terms of Service.

Duplicate charges and payments captured for orders that did not activate are refunded in full, automatically where detected, and on request otherwise.

Email info@nevika.ai from your account email with the payment reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank's processing time.
