Privacy Policy

Account details (name, email, profile image) received from Puvio sign-in; business data you create or import — accounts, conversations, tasks, hours, insights; product usage and diagnostic logs; and payment status from our payment processor (we never see full card details).

To run the Service, generate insights and drafts, keep the platform secure, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data or use your business data to train third-party foundation models.

Assistant replies, summaries and drafts are produced by third-party model providers. Only the context needed to answer the request is sent, and it is processed transiently for that request.

We share data with processors that run the platform: cloud hosting and database, AI model providers, email delivery, push notification delivery, messaging providers and the payment processor. Each is bound by contractual confidentiality.

Business data is kept while your account is active and for 30 days after termination, after which it is deleted. Audit and billing records may be retained longer where the law requires it.

Data is encrypted in transit, access is row-level isolated per account, privileged actions are logged, and administrative access is restricted to named roles.

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent for notifications at any time. Write to info@nevika.ai and we will respond within 30 days.

We use only the cookies and local storage required to keep you signed in and remember your theme preference. No advertising trackers are used.
